Senior salaries

The Accounts and Audit (England) Regulations 2011 require us to publish our senior employees' salaries.

The regulations refer to 'all amounts paid to or receivable by a person' and include payments that are chargeable to income tax including:

  • base salary
  • expense allowances
  • bonuses
  • compensation for loss of office
  • benefits in kind

Benefits

Details of bonuses and benefits in kind for all employees whose salary exceeds £50,000 per year include:

  • mileage allowance for business travel
  • relocation expenses where applicable
  • emergency vehicle
  • allocated car
