The plan sets out the priorities for the council and the outcomes we want to achieve for people who live and work in West Sussex.
We focus on four priorities, all of which are underpinned by a cross-cutting theme of protecting the environment:
- Keeping people safe from vulnerable situations.
- A sustainable and prosperous economy.
- Helping people and communities to fulfil their potential.
- Making the best use of resources.
The plan also contains a set of performance indicators that will be used to measure the impact of the work we do in the county and whether we have achieved the outcomes and delivered on the four priorities in the plan.
