Report a lost or stolen Blue Badge

How to report a lost or stolen Blue Badge or parking clock and request a replacement.

Blue Badges

If your Blue Badge has been lost or stolen, the quickest way to report this is on GOV.UK.

Alternatively, contact the Blue Badge Team using the details below. A non-refundable fee of £10 will be payable online or over the phone. The replacement badge will be issued with a parking clock.

Lost or stolen badges will be cancelled on the national record and anyone who uses cancelled badges is liable for fines and possible legal action. So, please be sure your badge is missing before requesting a replacement and call us immediately if you find the missing badge afterwards.

If you discover your missing badge and it has already been cancelled, you will still have to pay for its replacement. If you have already paid we will be unable to refund you. Please ensure you return a cancelled badge to us.

Parking clocks

If you only require a replacement parking clock, contact the Blue Badge Team and we will send it to you by post, free of charge.
