Youth Homelessness Prevention Service

Provided by Sussex Central YMCA and West Sussex County Council, it assists those aged 16-17 at risk of homelessness.

You can access their support by going into your local FindItOut Centre or town hall. Alternatively, call the Youth Homelessness Prevention Team.
