Setting support phone line
Advice and support service for practitioners and childminders from early years or childcare settings on any inclusion topic.
The setting support phone line has been developed in place of Targeted Setting Support (TSS) requests for inclusion. It is an advice and support service for practitioners and childminders from early years or childcare settings on any inclusion topic.
You must have parental permission if you wish to discuss an individual child.
The setting support phone line will accept calls and provide advice for:
- Universal Inclusion support
- whole setting inclusion support
- support for low level emerging needs
If you require support for:
- a child with complex needs
- requesting EYCA or mentor support
- queries for ongoing EYCA or mentor support you are receiving

The setting support phone line is for inclusion only and does not discuss safeguarding, business, Ofsted or funding concerns.

You should specify you are calling for the setting support phone line. The service is available every Tuesday afternoon from 12 noon to 4.00pm. Calls will not be taken outside of these times.
