Replace a lost or stolen school travel pass

How to apply for a replacement school bus or train pass.

If you have passes for Brighton & Hove Bus or Metrobus, you will need to contact the operator directly for a replacement. For train passes, you will need to contact your nearest staffed train station. The operator may charge a fee for this. Fares must be paid until a duplicate ticket is received. These fares are non-refundable.

If you have a West Sussex County Council-issued bus pass, you'll need to pay £13.00 for a replacement. This includes passes issued for Stagecoach, Compass and Portsmouth City Coaches services.
