If you have passes for Brighton & Hove Bus or Metrobus, you will need to contact the operator directly for a replacement. For train passes, you will need to contact your nearest staffed train station. The operator may charge a fee for this. Fares must be paid until a duplicate ticket is received. These fares are non-refundable.
Replacement passes can no longer be requested for the remainder of the Summer term.
