Our partners
The Aldingbourne Trust is dedicated to providing opportunities for adults with learning disabilities or autism. So they can live meaningful and fulfilling lives and make positive contributions to their communities. By working closely with individuals, the trust helps them build the skills and confidence needed to pursue employment that aligns with their interests and abilities.
As one of the first to partner with Connect to Work, Aldingbourne have fully embraced the programme. They support participants through personalised mentoring, coaching and training. This helps people apply for roles that match their skills and aspirations.
