Support if you are pregnant

You might be very excited to find out you are pregnant and you might also have lots of different emotions and questions.

We want to hear from you and share your news. Speak to your personal advisor (PA) and let them know how you feel. Your PA can help you think about next steps and any support you would find helpful.

Your PA is not qualified to give advice on pregnancy or parenting but they can offer to help you get and stay contact with people who can.  If you do not live in West Sussex, your PA will help you find your local services. You can also ask your GP and midwife.

If you do not have a PA you can call our duty line for support. Find the number on our contact us page.

Hamper for expectant parents

Our parent group have organised for you to receive a baby hamper for expectant mums and dads who are care leavers.

Speak to your PA about the hamper - the will arrange for you to receive it.
