Programme Manager - (Grade Hay A) - £53,350 to £57,005
Key accountabilities include:
- day-to-day leadership of the Accountable Body for Supported Employment programme across West Sussex and Brighton & Hove
- oversight of the programme delivery including budgets and compliance, ensuring the programme across the whole geography is meeting quality, volume and budget projections
- embedding vision, values and quality
- building and maintaining effective relationships with national, regional and local partners
- oversight of communications and marketing strategy and delivery
