Key accountabilities include:
- manage the Connect to Work programme in West Sussex, reporting to the Programme Manager who oversees the programme across West Sussex, Brighton and Hove
- supervise a team of supervisors, who support up to 10 employment advisors and a Business Engagement Officer
- work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and partners
- make sure the programme follows the standards and reporting rules of the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) and Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) models
- analyse data and evaluate performance to track progress, identify areas for improvement, design better services and keep feedback flowing continuously

Key accountabilities include:
- working with Finance to prepare and validate accurate and compliant financial returns
- developing systems and reporting protocols to ensure best practice and guide delivery teams
- working with Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), local authorities and delivery organisations to produce regular financial and performance reports, identifying opportunities for improvements and necessary adjustments
- maintaining high supported employment standards, ensuring the West Sussex and Brighton and Hove Connect to Work programme meets national guidelines and keeps improving
- overseeing quality review action plans, challenge practices and suggest improvements

Key accountabilities include:
- working with the Accountable Body team to ensure financial activities fall within the parameters set with Department for Work and Pensions and partnership agreements
- establish reporting requirements and ensure these are adhered to and completed in a timely and accurate manner, including raising purchase orders, journal transfers, cost recovery and financial coding
- undertake record keeping of financial transactions and conduct periodic audit reviews of spend
- contribute to annual budget development and regular monitoring and reviews of income and expenditure levels
- develop and maintain benefits plans, trackers, cost and income forecasts and actuals
- provide mentoring and on the job training to team members to encourage their development

Key accountabilities include:
- building trusting relationships with participants, and support them to take charge of their journey into work
- carrying out detailed assessments, including needs analysis and vocational profiling, to tailor support for each person
- working closely with employers to build partnerships and create job opportunities for your clients
- identifying and helping to secure suitable jobs that match each participant’s goals, including roles that aren’t publicly advertised

Key accountabilities include:
- manage the process of checking eligibility of new applications to the programme across West Sussex and Brighton and Hove
- coordinate prompt and effective flow of information relating to prospective participants between the Department of Work and Pensions and partners
- ensure appropriate and careful daily handling of confidential, sensitive or personal data
- deliver timely and efficient administration support across the team including coordinating governance, stakeholder and management meetings
- undertake processing and raising purchase orders when invoicing

Key accountabilities include:
- being a key point of contact for Connect to Work external enquiries
- communicating with and developing good working relationships with potential and current programme participants, business stakeholders and colleagues
- supporting the Operations Lead with regular data reporting and tracking
- triaging and referring complex queries from participants, escalating when necessary
- processing and raising purchase orders and invoicing
