Comprehensive pathway

In Early Help, we have a comprehensive learning and development pathway for all our roles. This includes a thorough induction, which includes role specific training pathways.

The pathways are designed to support your continuing personal development and career aspirations. Early Help supports our staff to progress through the different roles, from the Hub Support Assistants through to management posts.

Opportunities

All new members of staff benefit from a range of learning and development opportunities.

These include:

  • a range of workplace learning opportunities, such as shadowing, coaching, peer learning and supervision
  • access to Research in Practice and Community Care Inform
  • apprenticeships for staff
