Roles supporting hospital discharge involve working in teams on a rota basis, which are planned in advance, to support people needing support to leave hospital. This may involve evening and weekend working.
Roles supporting adult social care are required during standard office hours usually between 9am to 5pm.
The salaries below show what you can expect:
- Placement and Sourcing Assistant (Grade 5) - £26,403 to £26,824 per annum
- Care and Support Broker (Grade 7) - £29,540 to £32,061 per annum
- Placement and Sourcing Deputy Manager (Grade 10) - £39,862 to £39,152 per annum
- Placement and Sourcing Team Manager (Grade 12) - £48,226 to £51,356 per annum
Additional allowances may apply to roles which work on a rota basis covering evenings and weekends.
