Learning to support families

Our learning to support families programme provides a unique range of opportunities for families, to learn together to raise skills across generations.

The learning environment is relaxed and ‘non-threatening’, yet purposeful. Provision is usually delivered in partnership with schools, children and family centres and libraries.

Family Learning and Parenting provision supports families encompassing children, parents, carers and grandparents.

Rewards training supports individuals within the local and surrounding communities to develop their skills. They have been supporting residents across the south-east in gaining knowledge, develop skills and grow in confidence since 1989.

Our community-centred project focuses on developing individuals’ knowledge and skills in areas such as numeracy, literacy, technology, employment and taking your first steps in training.

Our flexible style of training allows learners to develop skills and confidence at a pace that suits them in a friendly and supportive environment. Our trainers support individuals in achieving their goals and realising their ambitions.
