Improve your wellbeing through outdoor activities and hands-on experience.

This course focuses on the mental and physical health benefits of working with animals, plants and nature.

You’ll learn the:

  • importance of wellbeing activities
  • connection between physical health and mental wellbeing
  • benefits of spending time outdoors

Transport is available, and learners will have the opportunity to volunteer with the Crimsham Farm team after completing the course.

Duration: 6 weeks.

Tuppenny Barn

Improve your wellbeing and confidence through hands-on gardening skills.

This course helps you learn how to grow flowers and vegetables while supporting your mental health and personal development.

It’s for individuals:

  • experiencing social isolation
  • with low confidence or out of work
  • with mild to moderate mental health challenges

Duration: 8 weeks.

Location and style: Face to face - Southbourne, near Chichester.
