West Sussex County Council is holding a virtual event for people who are planning to stand for election on 7 May.
The event on Monday 16 March at 6pm until 7.30pm will allow people to find out more about the role of a county councillor and what to expect if elected.
At the virtual event, which will be held on Teams, attendees will hear from:
- a panel of current county councillors, who will talk about their experience and the support available
- senior officers, who will explain what to expect if elected and give a summary of key dates
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions of the panel and senior officers.
