Yvonne Gravely has been elected to West Sussex County Council to represent the Midhurst division.
A by-election was held on Thursday 1 May 2025 to fill a vacancy on West Sussex County Council following the resignation of Cllr Dr Kate O'Kelly.
The results of the Midhurst division by-election are as follows:
•    Yvonne Gravely (Liberal Democrats) – 1,349 votes – ELECTED
•    Tom Crofts (Conservatives) – 1,119 votes
•    Adam Kirby (Reform UK) – 662 votes
•    Adrian Morris (Green Party) – 155 votes
•    Juliette Reynolds (Labour) – 73 votes
•    Andrew Emerson (Patria) – 7 votes
The total number of votes cast in the by-election was 3,365. There were six rejected ballot papers and the turnout was 38.35%.
