Shoreham-by-Sea library meeting room

Shoreham-by-Sea Library has one meeting room available suitable for small to medium meetings and functions.

The room has direct access from the street, so room users do not need to walk through the library.

The light-filled meeting room can seat up to 12 people.

Our rates are:

• community use (this is a discounted rate offered to local community 'not-for-profit' groups and registered charities for activities such as classes, drop-ins and surgeries): £12 per hour
• business use (this rate is particularly targeted at supporting new and emerging small businesses): £24 per hour
• commercial use (this rate applies to all other sessions and also includes where admission is charged and for any type of selling/marketing activity): £48 per hour

The venue has:

• free Wi-Fi
• plug sockets
• wheelchair access
• use of kitchenette including fridge and hot water (please bring your own supplies)
• wall mounted screen for presentations
• whiteboard

The venue has:

• an accessible entrance to Shoreham-by-Sea Library meeting room with direct access from the street, so you do not need to walk through the library
• the meeting room located on the ground floor
• an accessible toilet on the ground floor
• accessible parking spaces for blue badge holders outside the library
