Room capacity
A ground floor medium-sized room that has a flexible layout. East Grinstead ground floor activities room can suit a variety of activities.
Tables can be laid out in a variety of ways and 25 people can be comfortably seated in the room.
Pricing
Our rates are:
- community use (charity and not-for-profit groups): £11 per hour
- business use (small and emerging businesses): £23 per hour
- commercial use: £46 per hour

The venue has:
- free Wi-Fi
- plug sockets
- wheelchair access
- use of kitchenette including fridge and hot water (please bring your own supplies)
- flipchart and presenter tool available on request
Accessibility
The venue has:
- an accessible entrance to the library with automatic doors
- the ground floor activities room located on the ground floor
- an accessible toilet on the ground floor
- an accessible parking bay behind the library as well as accessible parking spaces for blue badge holders in the council-run public car park opposite the library
