Caroline Haslett meeting room

Crawley Library’s Caroline Haslett meeting room is perfect for small to medium sized meetings. The room is located on the first floor and is fully accessible.

The room can be set up to:

• boardroom and classroom: 13 people

Our rates are:

• community use (this is a discounted rate offered to local community 'not-for-profit' groups and registered charities for activities such as classes, drop-ins and surgeries): £12 per hour
• business use (this rate is particularly targeted at supporting new and emerging small businesses): £24 per hour
• commercial use (this rate applies to all other sessions and also includes where admission is charged and for any type of selling/marketing activity): £48 per hour

The venue has:

• free Wi-Fi
• plug sockets
• wheelchair access
• wall mounted screen for presentations
• flipchart and presenter tool available on request

The venue has:

• an accessible entrance to the library with automatic doors
• lift access to the Caroline Haslett meeting room located on the first floor
• an accessible toilet on the first floor
• accessible parking spaces for blue badge holders in the County Mall public car park opposite the library
