Site officers

You can contact site officers from Monday to Thursday from 8.30am to 3.30pm and on Fridays between 8.30am and 1pm.

  • Facility officers: 07355 600323 or 07355 600324

Site officers do not work on weekends or bank holidays, such as Christmas Day.

  • book a pitch on the transit site
  • report an issue with a site
  • ask for a rent statement
  • request a transfer to a different site
  • get information about a notice of intent
