Facilities Officer opportunities in day care and residential services

"We offer tailored learning opportunities. I was offered the opportunity to undertake some extensive training, which was funded by the council. This allowed me to apply for the Area Facilities Manager role, which I've now been in for the last 12 months or so.”

Roles and pay

  • The successful applicant will play a key role in delivering facilities management (FM) services across a range of sites, ensuring buildings are safe, compliant and fit for purpose.

The FM officers will be expected to approach all workplaces with respect and awareness of the service users and their comfort in the place they call home.
