1 Request support

We are focused on making sure we continue to support the most vulnerable people in our community.

Please select the most appropriate support option from the choices below:

If your request is urgent, for example, you are going to run out of food or medicine within the next three days, please phone 033 022 27980 so that we can make sure you get the help you need as quickly as possible.

Option 1 - Government support and advice

A full breakdown of the latest Government information can be found by visiting GOV.UK.

Option 2 - Local support

If your request is less urgent, district and borough councils are also able to provide some local support. Either complete the request forms shown below, or click on the link to your relevant council area.

If your support need is urgent (you are going to run out of food or medicine within three days), you should call the West Sussex Community Hub on: 033 022 27980.

If your local council is listed, use its form.
