This course has all the necessary elements required to be able to work as a Cellar Door Host.

This course combines an overview of the UK Wine Industry, technical knowledge for wine tasting and identifying wine faults and selling wine at a Cellar Door. It enables students to gain a good level of knowledge and understanding of Cellar Door activities over a short, intense, period.
