Attendees will learn the basics in:
- roofing
- covering - plain tiling
- interlocking tiling
- natural slating
- the principles of double lap and single lap coverings, including setting out underlays and battens to suit the materials being used
This is practical training, working on roof rigs at the training centre under supervision of an experienced tutor or trainer.
