A Skills Bootcamp aimed at those who are unemployed or those with experience in the hospitality industry who would like to progress to a supervisory role.
The course includes qualifications that will give learners an understanding of customer service, team leading skills and knowledge of food safety and allergen regulations. There will also be practical elements to the course which could include barista and cooking skills.
