Notification of adding to the school register

Online form to notify a child has been added to the school register (school use only).

The notification of adding to the school register online form has now been transferred to our new online form system. You will need to log in to the system to fill in the form. Once you have an account it will save you time by auto-completing your contact information and giving you the ability to view a history of your requests and accounts.

In future you will also receive an automatic confirmation when you submit your form and a copy of the form for your records.
