Disabled Facilities Grant
If you are disabled you may be eligible for a Disabled Facilities Grant to help you make changes to your own home. Changes could include:
- widening doors for wheelchair users
- installing ramps
- installing stairlifts or a downstairs bathroom
- providing a heating system suitable for your needs
- making heating or lighting controls easier to use
