Oracle sign-in for county council employees

Details on how to sign in to Oracle.

Oracle is the system that West Sussex County Council employees use to access digital payslips.

You can access your digital payslips from your device using the link below if you have:

  • a county council email address (@westsussex.gov.uk)
  • set up Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) for access

If you do not have a county council email address to access Oracle, you will continue to receive paper payslips.

Setting up MFA

MFA is a means of protecting and verifying your identity in 2 steps via:

  • your usual login details
  • a verification code

To set up MFA, you must use a county council laptop or desktop, If you already have MFA set up, you don’t need to do anything else.
