By-elections have been called in three West Sussex County Council divisions:
- St Leonard's Forest (in the Horsham district area)
- Burgess Hill North
- Hassocks & Burgess Hill South.
The by-elections are being held to fill three vacancies following the recent respective resignations of Cllr Katie Nagel (elected 2021), Cllr Stuart Condie (elected 2021) and Cllr Kirsty Lord (elected 2017).
The candidates will be announced on Friday 9 May and voting for all three by-elections will take place on Thursday 5 June 2025. The results are expected on Friday 6 June 2025.
Two by-elections previously announced for the county council divisions of Midhurst and Horsham Riverside will be held on Thursday 1 May and Thursday 22 May respectively.
