This is a West Sussex County Council service.
YES is a free service that works with young people 11-17 (referrals can only be accepted up until the young person's 18th birthday). YES can support young people with a variety of mental and emotional wellbeing issues including low mood, feelings of anxiety, relationship issues and self-injury.
What we do
- YES Community Workers provide supported self-help for young people, usually in community venues or schools. YES workers work with young people to identify goals to improve their mental and emotional wellbeing and then support them to achieve these over a limited time period. We can also tell you about other agencies that can support and advise you.
- Young people who wish to access YES should make a referral through West Sussex Single Point of Access (SPoA) using the website above.
