This is a West Sussex County Council service.

We help families navigate through the range of services they need to access in order to meets their child's needs. When a child has complex needs or multiple disabilities there may be a large number of people providing support and services for them.

What we do

• Early Help Service can support to bring together parents, carers and practitioners from health, education, social care and the voluntary sector to co-ordinate services as early as possible through a key-working approach
• We can support the families of children and young people with complex or multiple needs relating to their learning or physical development that are persistent and on-going
