  • Amendments - Enter any changes you wish to make in the relevant boxes. If you wish to totally remove any existing information that is currently shown in any box, please type 'removed' in the relevant boxes.
  • No changes - Enter your club/society name and contact details so we can update our records.

Enter a phone number for the venue if available.
Club or society meeting days Select the days the club or society meet. You can provide more information in the 'Meeting times information' box below.






Enter any additional information about meeting times, such as if group meetings are fortnightly or if there are specific dates when the group does not meet.
Enter the web address of the club or society, if it has one.
Enter the web address of the club or society Facebook page, if it has one.
Enter the Twitter account name of the club or society if it has one, for example '@WSCCNews'.
Club or society age group(s) Select the appropriate age ranges for the club or society.

We will publish your name, phone number and email address (if supplied) on our website as the contact information for the club or society. We also require your home address details for our records, but this will not be published.

Enter the second line of the address if you need to. This could be the village name.
