How to dispose of tyres.

Do not dispose of tyres at home. Take this waste to your local recycling centre (RC).

    All our recycling centres accept tyres.

  • Further information

    • RCs will only accept tyres from household use. Commercial type tyres, such as those from Large Goods Vehicles (LGV), will not be accepted.
    • Tyres from cars, vans, motorcycles are charged at £6.00 per tyre or part tyre.
    • There is no charge for disposal of bicycle tyres.
    • No cash or cheque payments will be accepted at site - payments can only be made by Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards.
