Various types of medicine packaging, including tubes, a bottle and blister packs.

These can be disposed of at home or taken to your local recycling centre (RC), unless they still contain medication.

Medicine bottles and foil-based blister packs can be placed in your recycling bin at home. Please ensure they are empty and clean.

Some pharmacies and supermarkets have a collection point for plastic-based blister pack recycling.

  • Which RC container
