You can recycle most envelopes at home. They can also be taken to your local recycling centre (RC).

- Padded envelopes, such as Jiffy bags, cannot be recycled due to the plastic lining inside.

- For recyclable envelopes, use the mixed recycling container.
- For non-recyclable items, use the general waste container.

All our recycling centres accept envelopes.

Further information
Don't worry about removing the plastic windows on envelopes. These are removed in the recycling process.
