Children's Integrated Front Door

This advice line is for non-urgent enquiries. You can leave a message and staff will respond to your message within 48 hours.
All enquiries/referrals for social care and early help come through the Integrated Front Door (IFD). This ensures that these are triaged upon receipt and directed to the appropriate service to support.
Carers out-of-hours support line
Call our support line out of hours to speak with a qualified social worker.
