Our Shared Lives carers:
- have patience, resilience and are kind and caring
- treat people as individuals, respecting choices, culture and identity
- promote independence
- are flexible and comfortable with change
- have a commitment to safe and compliant care, following policies, procedures and safeguarding practices
- use digital technology with confidence, or have a willingness to learn
- are willing and committed to ongoing training and compliance
