Leadership and incident command training

This training is based on award winning research led by Chief Fire Officer, Dr Sabrina Cohen Hatton, Cardiff University and the National Fire Chiefs Council (NFCC). It will elevate your leadership and high pressure decision making skills and improve team dynamics. We tailor the training to support your business incident emergency continuity plan.

    This is a centre of excellence housing extended virtual reality (XVR) technology to simulate emergencies and high pressure situations.
