Charmandean Residents’ Association provides a collective voice for its residents on matters that impact on the homes within its boundary. Members receive a 10% discount on all food and drinks purchased at the Hill Barn Golf Course restaurant and bar plus discounted entrance to events held by the Association. Newsletters are regularly published providing helpful information and local news. . Membership costs £5 per home per year.
