There are many places you can find support for your child's health, wellbeing and safety.
Mental health
It can be hard to know if your child is having problems with their mental health. You can find help to support children who are feeling sad, worried or might want to hurt themselves with NSPCC's information about signs that a child is suffering.
NHS West Sussex Single Point of Access (SPoA)
The SPoA is a special service that helps you get support for your child's feelings and mental health. Find contact details for the NHS West Sussex SPoA.
West Sussex Mind
West Sussex Mind is a local charity. They:

Physical health
The NHS recommend that children are active for at least an hour every day. This should include 3 sessions each week that increase their bone and muscle strength.
