Your child's birth details need to be re-registered if you wish to add the natural father's details or if the parents have married each other since the birth.
- Adding the natural father’s details: Download and complete form GRO185 from GOV.UK.
- Parents have married since registering the birth: Download and complete form LA1 from GOV.UK.
