Issues with documents

Within the website is a disclosure log of previously answered requests, which are available for review.

Some of the responses contain attachments which may not be accessible to a screen reader. This fails WCAG 2.1 success criterion 4.1.2 (Name, Role, Value).

We understand that the accessibility regulations don’t require us to fix PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2018 unless they’re essential to providing our services. However, if you need information in another format, please contact us:
