  • The questions marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and require an answer. You do not have to answer all of the other questions, but it would help us if you do.
  • Your suggestion will be passed to the Business Planning Group of the relevant select committee to decide whether it is something that should be added to the committee’s work programme for future scrutiny.
  • Please note that scrutiny committees review key decisions, service performance and strategic issues affecting the whole of West Sussex. If you wish to raise an issue that is personal to you contact the service team or organisation with which you have an issue directly.
