Loxwood Clay Quarry to be discussed at next Planning and Rights of Way Committee

The meeting takes place on Wednesday 18 May at 10.30am in County Hall, Chichester.

On Wednesday 18 May 2022 the Planning and Rights of Way Committee will be meeting at 10.30am at County Hall, Chichester.

Items on the agenda will include an application for planning permission for a clay quarry and construction materials recycling facility for the treatment of non-hazardous construction, demolition and excavation waste at Pallinghurst Woods in Loxwood.

The Committee will also consider two linked applications for an oil site at Wood Barn Farm in Broadford Bridge, near Billingshurst.

The two planning applications ask for permission to retain the hydrocarbon exploration well site and associated fencing, gates and cabins for a further two years.
