We facilitate sensory and music sessions for adults with all kinds of learning disabilities. We offer a fun, safe and inclusive space to experience and try out music and sensory activities. We aim to be very social and create a space where anyone can access and enjoy live music, storytelling and performing arts regardless of their disability. We aim to combat social isolation and improve mental health in vulnerable people using the power of music, story and the arts!

What we do

  • We host music and sensory storytelling sessions through out the week. Our sessions also include, drumming, parachute games, relaxation and sound therapy.
  • We welcome people of all ages and disabilities.
  • We have been running for 8 years and our staff are professional musicians and performers who have lots of experience of working with people with disabilities.
  • We run all through the year apart from Christmas and bank holidays.
  • We have an affordable and delicious cafe on site hosted by Superstar arts serving real coffee and home made cakes and snacks.

Finding out about these sessions with Sky Full Of Stories was one of the best things we did. Our son is able to interact with his friends and it is all done in a safe environment. The stories are exciting and the props too.
