Sibs exists to support people who grow up with or have grown up with a disabled brother or sister. It is the only UK charity representing the needs of over half a million young siblings and over one and a half million adult siblings. We offer online support for young siblings (aged 7-17 years), adult siblings, parents and professionals.

What we do

  • Support includes providing information about disabilities or conditions on our website.
  • We have online and face to face adult sibling support groups.
  • We run online workshops and training sessions.
  • We have adult sibling guides, sibling stories and an eBook on our website.
