Relax Kids Haywards Heath offers a nurturing, structured programme designed to support children's social, emotional, and mental wellbeing in and around the Haywards Heath area. Rooted in evidence-based techniques, the sessions help children learn how to calm their minds, manage emotions, improve focus, and build confidence.

Relax Kids sessions vary in length but are usually between 1 and 2 hours long. Sessions may be once per week for an half term block or may be a condensed block over school breaks. Each session follows a proven 7-step model, blending movement, mindfulness, creativity, and relaxation to help children feel safe, supported, and empowered.

Schools may choose to host sessions as part of their school provision or as a club. Families may also book onto our public sessions held in various locations in the area. Home schooled children may also access sessions individually or in organised private groups.

We currently offer sessions to children aged between 5 and 11, with themed sessions designed for different ages. Groups are kept small, with maximum 12 children depending on the setting, to ensure a calm, supportive environment where every child is seen, heard and get the most from the sessions.
