Lifecentre is a Charity in West Sussex with over 20 years experience. Our number one purpose here at Lifecentre is to provide therapeutic services to survivors of rape and sexual abuse and their close supporters.

What we do

• Lifecentre offers counselling to men, women and children, aged 3+ across West Sussex. We offer face-to-face counselling in Worthing, Chichester and Crawley.
• We offer face-to-face counselling, a National Helpline, and Email Counselling.
• We have Qualified Play Therapists for our under 10-year-olds, and Qualified Counsellors for young people and adult clients. All of our team are trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches and are trauma-trained.
• We also have a pathway for children and adults with learning disabilities and autism.
• We do not work with perpetrators of sexual violence.
