We currently provide day respite for families in the West Sussex area.
1. Respite Sessions (6 hours) at weekends and in school holidays for children age 5-18 with complex needs
2. Family Sessions half day sessions at weekends for children with disabilities, their parents and siblings £5 per family
3. Youth Group for young people age 14-18 who would like to increase their independence skills as they prepare for leaving school £30.00 per session (6 hours)

What we do

• Fun and inclusive sessions for children aged 5 and over. 6 hours daytime sessions. These sessions are run predominantly on the first three Saturdays a month. Art, sports, cooking, sensory outings, gardening, storytime
• Family Sessions: Family-centred activity sessions for all of the family to come and enjoy time together at our centre. Come and see Reptylers with us or maybe a magician. We have two types of sessions here - some led by our amazing staff, some may be led by an external entertainer which will be pre-advertised. These sessions will run during the school holidays and/or weekends.
• Youth Group: This group is currently run on the 4th Sunday of the month for 14-18 year olds. We offer an inclusive environment where young people will learn valuable life skills to aid transition to adulthood. Enabling transitions to adulthood, life skills sessions, gaming sessions, DJ/music sessions, sports, travel support/journey planning
• Payment Information: Family sessions, half day sessions at weekends for children with disabilities, their parents and siblings £5 per family. Ashdown Club respite sessions (6 hours) at weekends and in school holidays for children age 5-18 with complex needs £45. Youth Club, Youth Group for Young People age 14-18 who would like to increase their independence skills as they prepare for leaving school £30.00 per session (6 hours) Prices correct: 07/2024
