What we do

  • Asphaleia training offers a mainstream learning environment in West Sussex for further education for 16-18 year-olds.
  • We offer employability, essential skills for employment, maths, English, digital skills, and career development. Our programmes are for all abilities and aim to help you achieve your career aspirations.
  • We have a learning centre based in Worthing with a welcoming learning environment and students can start at any time during the year.
  • We help students overcome any barriers to learning with support and offer participation and CV-enhancing opportunities, such as our Student Ambassador role.
  • We help learners to overcome any barriers to learning with support with travel, equipment, clothes for interviews or specialist job equipment and our facilities are accessible for all learners with disabilities or specific needs.
